I expected the spa to be a stellar pampering experience, but it was shockingly underwhelming, a missed opportunity! I mean, where were the shaded spots? I was left baking by the pool, and don't even get me started on my dietary requirements being ignored. Nearly thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't!

The staff were helpful and reminded me of friends rather than just employees. Returning to a perfectly prepared room with subtle touches made for a lovely end to adventurous days.

We had an absolute blast exploring the area with our kiddos! The horse riding was a highlight, and they even let us borrow some bikes to ride around the fine desert. Plus, our newborn felt cozy in the spacious family suite.

My wife says that more options for family-friendly meals would be nice.

What a cool experience! The staff seemed like friends, especially Floyd, who made everything fun. Our suite had this amazing view, seriously felt unreal at night. The food was great too, especially in that sweet lounge area. Just wish the outdoor seating was a lil' bigger for star gazing, but it didn't ruin the magic!
